Hello, I am Colleen Wise. I live in central Mississippi with my husband Gordie and our
two dogs. I enjoy hunting and fishing on my time off. I have a degree in General Studies
with a concentration in psychology.
I have been with OSC for 20 years. My duties include entering and transmitting all
certifications, setting up Managers with Trak –1, sending out the 30/90-day letters, EIV
coordinator and navigating data conversion into the new program. I have also reviewed
certifications for complexes, done quarterly reports, help with the rent increases, and
whatever else may come up throughout the year.

OSCs activities include development of commercial land, construction, and property management, including tax-motivated real estate syndications. OSC has diversified into the development and production of full-length theatrical and television films in Hollywood. Continuing the practice of law.
FORMER: Legal counsel, consultant or retained by various regional, national and multi-international business entities involved in oil and gas production, transportation, and distribution; multi-state land development, construction, tax-syndicate, and management operations (single & multi-family, office buildings, shopping centers, and resort operations); national and state banking; marine transport services in both international and foreign commerce; domestic multi-state and international business planning, and specialty litigation. Extensive experience with Federal and State Agencies. Mary Catherine (Cathy) Hartley
Cathy has 43 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry and possesses the leadership skills it takes for property management as president of OSC-Management Inc. She began with a portfolio of 3 properties which grew to 47 properties in four states across the south while developing and nurturing the company along the way.
She graduated from Bishop Toolen High School in 1963 and attended one year of fine arts studies at SpringHill College in Mobile, Alabama in 1964. She attended two semesters of accounting at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1996. She has also attended numerous training seminars and achieve certificates of completion for subjects such as Fair Housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and governmental compliance regulations from HUD, USDA-Rural Development, Florida Housing Corp, Louisiana Housing Corp, Mississippi Home Corp, Texas Department of Housing Community Affairs, and private individuals specializing in industry regulatory standards.
She has upper management skills and basic accounting knowledge. She can step into any role from accounting and compliance as well as site staff duties. She can make quick successful decisions and is proficient at solving difficult problems under pressure. She can maintain her composure while dealing with the difficulties that or common in her industry. She has great organizational skills and loves the challenges that new projects bring. She strives to maintain and improve the current properties as well as increase the number of properties in the portfolio. As always, strives to be an asset to all government programs associated with the properties and continues to be of service to her residents and surrounding communities.
She is a member of Rural Rental Housing Association of Louisiana, Housing Association of Mississippi, Florida CARH, National CARH and Texas Apartment Association.
She is the wife of a devoted husband, mother of four loving children, has nine beautiful grandchildren, and one precious great-grandson and spends as much time with them as possible. Her hobbies include painting, sewing, cooking, and gardening when time allows, and enjoys caring for her cat and dog.
She loves her job and plans to work so long as she is able and welcome, to ensure that the legacy of what she has created and achieved during her tenure with the company will proceed her with success.
With a deep understanding of the intricacies of property management, Samuel has successfully overseen numerous projects, from property acquisition and development to leasing and tenant relations. He is known for his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while delivering superior results and maximizing returns for stakeholders.
In addition to his professional achievements, Samuel is a devoted parent to two wonderful daughters. His eldest daughter has followed her passion for service and pursued a career as a Registered Nurse, embodying the values of compassion and service instilled by her family. As a parent to a vibrant three-year-old, Samuel cherishes the joys of parenthood and embraces the opportunities for growth and learning that come with raising a young child.

Samuel is a passionate poker enthusiast who finds joy and excitement in the strategic complexities of the game. While his professional career lies in Multi-Family Housing, poker has been a beloved hobby for Sam for the past 8 years.
Bonnie brings 39 years of experience in property management to our team. As Compliance Manager, she has maintained a working knowledge in federal requirements regarding Multi-Family Housing and Fair Housing.
Specializing in agency reports, answering compliance questions, assist in training managers and correspondence with both tenants and agencies, ensuring all aspects of compliance is maintained.
Bonnie has a certificate of training and continuous annual training from National Companies and state associations.
When not working she is on the Board of Directors of her community’s Little Theater’s and involved in her nieces and nephews many interests.

Jennifer (Jenn) Stevens is the Accounting Controller for Olsen Securities Corporation, and brings a unique perspective and skill set to everything she does. She joined OSC in 2022 in her current position and is responsible for all accounting matters for the company and most property matters including Financial Reporting, General Accounting, and Accounts Payables/Receivables.
Jenn has a deep appreciation for hard work and a drive to succeed. Her upbringing instilled in her a strong work ethic, resilience, and a commitment to follow her core values in her personal and professional life: do what is right, stay accountable, help each other be great, learn and improve every day, and thrive on innovation and demand quality.
Jenn graduated from University of Phoenix in 2017 with a Bachelors in Business, concentration in Accounting. Throughout her academic journey, she maintained a 3.5 GPA, awarding her several honors accolades, scholarships, and invitations to join various honors societies including National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Professionally, Jenn has 20 years of experience across the office and accounting field, holding roles from receptionist and moving up to Controller throughout her career. In that time, she was provided with many opportunities to grow and develop with advanced training in Microsoft Office, project management, and process transitioning.
Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, cooking/baking, and building various metal and wooden models. She finds inspiration and rejuvenation in her unfailing faith in Jesus Christ.
Joe was born and raised in New Orleans, La. Graduated from Sewanee Military Academy high school in Tennessee in 1965.
He joined the United States Navy and served a tour in Viet Nam and Korea.
After the Military he attended the University of New Orleans and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
He worked for Texaco at the Sea Robin Gas Plant in Erath, La. And later transferred to the New Orleans office where he worked as an accountant in the oil and gas department.
After retiring from Texaco in 2002 he joined the staff of OSC-Management Inc. in the compliance and accounting department.
He is happily married with nine grandchildren and one beautiful great grandson.
He enjoys his home on the Gulf, cooking, loves college football and attends as many LSU games as he can with his children and grandkids.
Karen Palmisano is a dynamic professional with over 30 years of experience currently serving as the Accounts Payable Manager at OSC Management Inc. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy, Karen ensures that the financial operations run seamlessly, contributing significantly to the company’s success.
Outside the boardroom, Karen’s zest for life shines through her diverse interests. An avid dancer, she finds joy in the rhythm and movement. Additionally, Karen is a dedicated enthusiast of car shows, relishing the opportunity to admire classic and modern automobiles while engaging with fellow enthusiasts.
Karen’s adventurous spirit extends to the open road, where she finds freedom and exhilaration riding motorcycles. Whether it’s cruising along scenic routes or participating in group rides, she embraces the thrill of exploration and the camaraderie of the riding community.
Beyond her personal interests, Karen is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She actively volunteers for the local Knights of Columbus and Islaños sponsored events, leveraging her time and skills to support meaningful causes and make a positive impact on those in need.

CURRENTLY, I MANAGE TWO PROPERTIES AND I HANDLE THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE FOR OSC OFFICE, I, ALSO, AM THE AREA PROPERTY MANAGER FOR TEXAS. I ENJOY INTERACTING WITH MY TENANTS AND MY FELLOW CO-WORKERS. IT GIVES ME GREAT HAPPINESS TO KNOW I HAVE PLAYED A SMALL PART IN HELPING FAMILIES WITH AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

Tammy Callais, born on February 7, 1967, in the vibrant state of Louisiana, has led a diverse and enriching life marked by versatility and creativity. Raised in the heart of Louisiana, Tammy’s upbringing instilled in her a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the arts.
After completing her high school education, Tammy embarked on a professional journey that showcased her adaptability and proficiency in various office roles. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, she seamlessly transitioned through positions such as Secretary, Manager, Administrative Assistant, Accounts Payable and Human Resources.

Paris Fallo is a Project Manager from Frisco, Texas. A graduate of the University of North Texas, Paris holds a degree in Recreation and Sports Management. For the past three years, Paris has been an integral part of OSC Management, where they have honed their skills and made significant contributions to various projects.
With a passion for fostering community development and advancing professional growth, Paris is committed to making a positive impact both in and out of the workplace.
